Last updated: September 23, 2026

1. Introduction and Scope

1.1 This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal information when you visit nestworks.ai, use the NestWorks website, mobile application, or related community services.

1.2 NestWorks provides services to users worldwide, including but not limited to users in North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, and other countries and regions. Because privacy laws may vary across regions, this Policy also explains supplemental rights applicable to users in specific jurisdictions, including certain U.S. states, the European Union / United Kingdom, Canada, and other applicable regions.

1.3 Before using the NestWorks services, please read and understand this Policy carefully. By using or continuing to use the NestWorks services, you agree that we may use and process your relevant information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, please stop using the relevant services. For processing activities for which separate consent is required by law, we will obtain your separate consent.

2. Three-Tier Hierarchical Notification Mechanism

2.1 To fully safeguard your right to know and right to choose, NestWorks implements a three-tier hierarchical notification mechanism that discloses all rules governing the processing of your personal information to you in a progressive manner from concise to comprehensive:

2.1.1 Pop-up Window upon Registration/Login (Upfront Initial Notification): When you register for or log into an account, a concise summary of core personal information processing rules will be displayed on the page. Independent clickable links to the full text of the NestWorks Website Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy Statement will be provided. You may only create an account after you have fully reviewed the documents and actively ticked the consent box.

2.1.2 This Full Privacy Policy (Comprehensive Detailed Disclosure): This document sets out in full detail the types of personal information collected by the Platform, the purposes and methods of collection, storage periods, a list of third-party partners, cross-border data transmission rules, and all statutory privacy rights you are entitled to.

2.1.3 Account Settings–Privacy Preference Center (Dynamic Self-Administration): A dedicated privacy management panel is built into your account. You may in real time, item by item, authorize or withdraw consent for all categories of personal information processing, toggle Cookie tracking on or off, disable marketing message push notifications, and revise your consent preferences at any time.

2.1.4 Supplementary Note: The three tiers of notification complement one another. The upfront pop-up window delivers a concise pre-notice; this full policy fulfills all legal disclosure compliance obligations, and the Privacy Preference Center empowers you to independently adjust your consent permissions at any time.
