NestWorks C500 Named to TIME’s List of the Best Inventions of 2026

Today, we’re proud to announce that the NestWorks C500 has earned a place on TIME’s Best Inventions of 2026 list!
Each year, TIME’s Best Inventions recognizes 300 extraordinary innovations that are changing how we live and work. The selection process considers factors including originality, efficacy, ambition, and impact.
At NestWorks, we believe that great ideas should not be limited by the barriers between design and manufacturing. Our mission is to break down those barriers and make it easier for anyone with an idea to bring it to life with speed and precision.
With the C500, we’re bringing this vision to life by making CNC machining more accessible. By combining automated, user-friendly workflows with practical machining capabilities, the C500 helps engineers, product developers, creators, and makers bring precision manufacturing into their own workspaces. “Our goal is to empower engineers to bring their own creations to life — to nest their ideas and turn them into works, not just designs,” said Joey Song, founder of NestWorks.
Being included in TIME’s Best Inventions of 2026 is an important milestone for the NestWorks team. We couldn’t have achieved this without the support and trust of our community.
